Ferrari Dealer Crashes Customer Car gets Sued For $1 Million Dollars

Customer brought his 458 Spider to the dealer to sell on consignment, after a few months of sitting it was crashed by an employee of the dealership, the dealer struck a deal with the owner to purchase the car without disclosing the accident. After the owner discovered the accident he saw dollar signs and selected the appropriate ambulance chasing lawyer. Here are my thoughts on this whole thing.
