5-10min warm-up (all warm up info is shared in this video):
1. Plate clean to overhead: 3 x 12 reps
2. Rack pulls: 4 x 8 reps
3. Squat to press: 3 x 10 reps
4. Box jumps: 3 x 10 reps
5. Kneeling squat: 3 x 8 reps
6. Alternating toe touch side lunges: 3 x 16 total reps
7. High-to-low woodchoppers: 3 x 7 per side
8. Tricep pushdowns: 3 x 12 reps
9. Plate woodchoppers: 3 x 10 reps
5min cool-down + stretch
