How do you deal with being hurt, and not being able to shoot archery ?

I hurt my left arm ,repetitive strain injury . Or at least I assume it is .
Now I'm going stir crazy not being able to fling some sticks ,even with lighter draw bows in my basement .
So any suggetions ?????
