In this video, Dr Melody Redman – a 2014 graduate now undertaking a Health Education England Leadership Fellowship in paediatrics workforce planning – explains how she decided on a career in medicine and research.

Melody also describes how problem based learning and early clinical placements have prepared her to deliver excellent patient care – and recounts the memorable experience of witnessing childbirth for the first time.
