Family, friends, and colleagues of a deceased intern doctor, Shongile Nkhwashu have described her as a humble and passionate person. This was said during Nkhwashu's memorial service at the Mankweng Hospital outside Polokwane. 24-year-old Nkhwashu was found dead in her bedroom at the doctor's residence of the hospital. Her boyfriend Ntiyiso Shilumane is the suspect and faces murder and theft charges. Scores of health professionals were in attendance.
