Ingredients.
To prepare this Fish curry we need 1kg fish,4 onions,4 tomatoes,5 green chilly,cumin seeds 1tsp,1 tsp cumin powder,1tsp coriander powder,11/2 tsp salt, 50ml mustard oil,curry leaves,coriander leaves,20gms garlic,1 tsp turmeric powder,1tsp red chilli powder.
Boil the oil in an earthen pot and fry the fish by masking the fish with turmeric and red chilli powder.
Once fish is fried remove it an plate and oil in earthen pot and add cumin seeds.fry onion,green chilli and tomatoes for 10min and the red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder and fry it for 10min and then add 1 glass water and boil it for 10min.
Now add the fried fish in the boiling gravy and cook it for another 10 minutes and close the lid.
Add coriander leaves,curry leaves and leave it to cook for another 5min and the fish is ready to serve.
