Dylan (my son, aged 12) and I go for a snorkel on New Year's Eve to watch the fireworks from the sea. We're in our favourite spot on the island for shore snorkelling and diving; Port Erin (South). We saw plenty of crabs and some large pollock and several fireworks. Someone had set fireworks off which exploded just over the water!
