Sourdough Starter Club: The List of What You Will Need to Make Sourdough Starter

What you will need to make sourdough starter:
2 glass jars
flour (preferably rye or whole wheat to start)
water
scale
spatula
measuring cups (dry and liquid)

Starter likes to be kept in a warm, dark place. I place mine inside of my excalibur dehydrator.
