The rationale for building DPL was one not only identifying a market opportunity in a market need which is both important things but then there's a component to wanting to do the right
thing and building products and working in a commission-free environment helps do the right thing. Being in a world of insurance where you've seen time after time after time clients in bad insurance
policies that are overpriced, that are too expensive, that have benefits that they don't need or even sometimes conflicting benefits within the same policy that they're paying for both of them; that's a big reason for also for doing what we're doing at DPL.
Beyond myself we've got 20 people at DPL who are all driven by doing the right thing for the end client and that provides a lot of motivation, a lot of reward and a great feeling about what you're doing
and what you're building.
