Patient 75 year old with history of old MI was being treated conservatively, had recent unstable angina with LVF with ECG changes. Patient was finally convinced for coronary Angiography which revealed bad triple vessel disease not amenable to angioplasty stent. Patient is to be treated with urgent bypass surgery
