WHY I am making the LONG RUN an integral part of my upcoming TRAINING BLOCK - so before we dive into the new training block next week I wanted to share with you 2 fundamental points about my upcoming training series and how I will be training. 1) the first thing I am discussing is the way I will be training and 2) why I want to make the long run an integral part of my upcoming training. For those of you newer subscribers you probably wont of watched too many of my training series or videos so I wanted to set out my stall and explain my reasons for how and why I will be training like I am training in my upcoming block. The long run for me is key for any training plan but there is a specific reason as to why I am making it a priority this time around......watch to find out!
