Crazy New Monolithic Dome Idea

Ever since my parents bought the property with this Monolithic Dome on it, there has been much debate as to what they should do with it. We have all came up with our little ideas. I was chatting with my dad recently and brought up an idea that it could be useful for coming up and funny enough he was already thinking the same thing.
