The Second Winds are an amateur group of musicians from throughout the Tampa Bay area brought together for this annual Holiday event. Most musicians also participate in the Second Time Arounders Marching Band form St. Petersburg, FL as well as the St. Petersburg Community Band and/or the Dunedin Concert Band.

The Second Winds are conducted by Bill Findeison who is also the founder and director of the Second Time Arounders Marching Band.
