I've been experimenting with a lot of new tricep exercises and this move in today's video is my new favorite tricep exercise for mass, as it hits the side of your arms and will build that highly coveted "horseshoe tricep" shape. Its important to understand tricep anatomy and that you have 3 heads of the tricep muscle, and it's important to train all 3 heads of the tricep. This tricep exercise is excellent because it hits the lateral head, and it also hits the long head of the triceps and the medial head with a few form tweaks. Make sure you pay close attention to the intensity techniques laid out in the video and how you can implement a Balloon Method workout or high intensity finisher using this tricep exercise. Make sure you train your triceps twice per week and maximize the intensity of all your tricep workouts with lots of time under tension, dropsets, supersets and finishers! Remember, if you want to get bigger arms the triceps are actually more important than the biceps. Big arms starts with well developed triceps, so try this exercise and train your triceps twice per week!
