In today's we show you the where to Where To Find A Frozen Island so you can complete Fortbyte 36 step: Accessible By Sentinel On A Frozen Island! There's a new system in town for Fortnite's Season 9 battle pass. We now have Fortbytes, 100 little tokens that you have to collect over the course of the season in order to decrypt some sort of image and unlock the challenge skin. They appear to have all sorts of different qualifications: some are awarded for achieving various milestones like a certain number of top 10 placements or a certain amount of experience gained, and others are found on the map in special circumstances. One of the first of these is Fortbyte 36, which you're told is "Accessible By Sentinel On A Frozen Island." Read on for a map, guide and location.
There are only two frozen islands on Fortnite's map: technically the whole thing is an island, of course, but you're looking for smaller islands, naturally. You can see both in the Southwestern ice biome, but you're looking for the smaller
The island is remote, but the new slipstreams make it incredibly easy to navigate the island, so don't worry about this too much: you've also got some ziplines to get you off in a jiff. The fortbyte itself is to the south, near the edge.
There's only one thing here: you won't be able to get this Fortbyte as anyone but the robot chicken.
What is a Fortbyte anyway?
Fortbytes are a new collectible series of computer chips and there are a total of 100 to find and earn.
As you go about collecting Fortbytes, you’ll begin decrypting a mysterious image. The ultimate aim is to collect them all to reveal the image and likely earn yourself a rare cosmetic reward.
On the first day of Season 9, a total of 18 Fortbytes will be available to earn. At least one new Fortbyte will be unlocked each day.
Fortbytes are earned by completing a specific task. Some require certain EXP requirements to be met, others require you to visit certain areas of the map wearing a specific skin.
