JOB PROFILE OF JE TRS:-
1) Scheduled overhauling of electric loco.
2) There are various section in the loco shed as bogie section, electronic section, transformer section. All these sections have SSE in charges and JE’s under them.
3) Some are sophisticated sections like electronic section where CPU is located. The CPU come from various companies as BHEL, ABB etc.
4) Attending to meeting with Sr DEE both during morning and evening hours regarding progress and constraints in work.
5) Communicating with the company personals in case of defects in parts. Some times AMC of some equipments is looked after by you.
6) Processing procurements of various spare items required for maintenance.

-Job from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
-You are incharge of your section.
-Better technical interaction and knowledge enhancement.
-Chances to visit foreign countries for learning latest loco designs.
-A bit Monotonous in long run.
-Constant learning of technical stuffs.
-Directly under the Sr DEE, Loco Incharge. Thus, less flexibility between duty hours.
-You have regular targets to meet.
