This is a quick clip but we really take our time and TEACH the fundamentals of using FAST VIOLENT ARMS while loading those hips! We focus on being the AGGRESSOR don't worry about looking stupid or awkward.

Live Team Training To Use For Level 3 Plyo's:
1️⃣SL bound cont. (Start off of right then straight to left)
2️⃣SL hop cont. R & L (Forward)
ADD MINI HURDLE
3️⃣Two Feet Jump to SL land
📣COACHING CUES
-Load
-Whistle
-Reset
4️⃣Continuous SL hop R & L (Forward)
Lateral Movement
5️⃣Mini Hurdle Step Over 4 Trips

** We warmed up, implemented level 1 ft Quicks, and a few level 1 plyo drills before implementing LEVEL 3 Plyos**

🔑Remember pay attention to the Details, give great Effort, and Attack every set and rep!
