[Concept Mod] GTA: Vice City - YouTube Edition

The reason why it is just a concept mod is that not all the things mentioned in the video is finished, and will ever get finished. Reason being, I'm not a software developer. I can't really make the interface that this mod supposed to have. My main goal of this mod (If it'd actually come into existence) is to install it in just a few clicks. Yes, there are mod installers but there is supposed to be more than just textures to this mod, like changing Themes for example. Changing the theme to e.g. PewDiePie should not only make the menu screen themed but also the greeting screen, blood texture and so on. Feel free to turn this concept mod into reality. You don't even need to ask for permission, I just don't care enough :)

Again, this mod was supposed to be much bigger than what was shown, I just alone can't put hours and hours into replacing each and every texture (and I didn't even use any HD Texture mods along with it) due to lack of budget and coding skills which you can fulfil if you want to, hence shared the resources :)
