Absolutely Cozy Arch Cab-Inn For Rent Perfect for 2 Adults and 1 Child
Price: $230 per week
Rental Fees per Cab-Inn
Cab-Inns can be rented as furnished or unfurnished.
Maximum occupancy is 3 people(2 adults & 1 child) per Cab-Inn.
Boone and Crocket- $215 per week unfurnished & $230 per week furnished.
The Arch- $230 per week unfurnished and $245 per week furnished.
Additional fees - $5 per week per pet fee.
Cab-Inns are rented by the week. There is no monthly rate or annual lease. These are not vacation rentals. They are for long term rental and we strongly encourage and seek long term renters (at least a year).
We strictly enforce these rules. Please download (see links below) and read them as all tenants are responsible for abiding by these expectations.

Move in Costs
Prior to moving into a Cab-Inn, tenants must pay :
* The first week's rent depending upon furnishings,
plus any extra fees as listed above.
* Damage/cleaning deposit of $300
* Pet deposit of $100 (if applicable, non refundable)
The damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded only if:
1) the tenant stays more than 12 weeks
and!
2) the tenant leaves the premises clean and undamaged upon final inspection.
Included in Rent
Electricity, Water, Sewer, Wifi, Washer and dryer, Garbage Collection and Yard Maintenance (not to include snow removal)
