Alternative Moderate/High Ping Opener:
If you cannot pull off 6 GCDs in Perfect Balance with this opener then either your ping is too high, or your FPS is too low. Use the moderate/high ping opener if this is the case. You can also save the first Shoulder Tackle for use within the opener if the boss is close enough before a pull.
