My Daily Morning Yoga Practice To Cultivate Calmness and Maintain Flexibility This is a portion of what I practice on a daily basis each morning to maintain my flexibility and feel vibrant and at ease in my body. My morning routine begins with 20-30 min. of silent & still breathing and meditation practice, followed by 20-25 min. of asana practice.
