The delays in the oil sector have afforded Uganda build its certified technician ranks like fabricators who are now in the excess of 1000 people. However according to the energy ministry, entities must register on the national data base in order to remain competitive. Ugandan firms are expected to join foreign counterparts in providing services and goods for the construction of US$4 billion oil refinery, crude oil pipeline and other needed infrastructure. #NTVNews
