Will the new Halloween effects be high tier or expensive? Or did the all-class bat hat DESTROY those chances with too many being unboxed? We explore the SUPPLY and DEMAND theory of these new Halloween effects and how I think they will end up.

In summary...
1. Prices will be HIGH when they are brand new
2. Prices drop after people see the large supply (lots of sale)
3. Buyers gobble them up and not everyone puts them back up for sale (less available for trade)
4. Demand has remained the same or increased but now with so few for sale, prices go back UP!
