We start setting up a scheduled broadcast the same way we do a regular one – follow me here!

Once the destination is selected, it's time to let the system know that we are going to schedule the show.. Clicking the clock icon and then plus sign is the way to do it :slightly_smiling_face:

So, now we are selecting the date and time the broadcast will start. As you may know, Facebook allows you to schedule the shows between 11 minutes and one week from now.

Custom image is the place to add the cover to your post announcement that will be displayed on the Facebook post.

Well, now let's decide where to post our show! I prefer timeline, but you can select any of the business pages or groups you're managing. After that you can add the post description.

And Woala! By clicking the orange SAVE button, our prescheduled broadcast will be created! Let's see what happened in your be.live profile and on Facebook!

In your profile, the link to the very post announcement on Facebook is now available.

This is how you can delete the broadcast if you decided to cancel it completely.

But maybe you just want to postpone it or change some other details – no need to delete it, you can just edit it. I’ll show you how:
There are two options to access a scheduled broadcast –one is to open the Studio with the scheduled broadcast as you can see here :slightly_smiling_face:

Or you can access it from the settings form by selecting the destination and then clicking on the “scheduled streams”

Once you’ve applied any changes to your scheduled broadcast click the Save button!

When the time of your scheduled broadcast comes – make sure you have the very show selected add Happy broadcasting!
